Extremely simple Markdown to HTML converter using [lowdown(3)][lowdown].
## Usage
Pass Markdown to stdin and get an HTML fragment on stdout:
```console
$ convert-markdown
# header
hello **world**
[Ctrl-D]
<h1 id="header">header</h1>
<p>hello <strong>world</strong></p>
$ convert-markdown < file.md > output.html
```
